So if anyone has any advice. I’ve had a huge migrane feeling headache since saturday, and I can’t lift squat. I can feel it in two muscles in the sides of my neck, just behind the middle. The worst part is lately i seem to be moving from one injury to the next. Very aggrivating, Im not where I should be for the summer damn it.

I haven’t posted in over a month now, figure its time to set up progress… there isn’t any
Ive been injured for the past month, and have only just started working out again. Ive probably lost 20% of my strength, but im ausre it will return soon enough. My program just got simpler. full body, serious compound movements (deads, cleans, snaches, jerks and presses, a few chinups to round it out) keep going until i lose 20% of the weight on my lifts. Do some windsprints when I get the chance, and after that, im good to go.
