How is your son doing? Sending him healing wishes! I found the same in the gym on Fri nights. I see a lot of bar stars getting 'pumped' before they go out. Different crowd for sure. Way to go for getting to the gym!

TISK TISK,
look at what these 2 said,

So this is my 2 cents .
#1 beer 1 night a week WONT bother you, IF it does. STOP. its that simple. yes or no ?
#2 get up at 530am ?? i get anywhere from 730-10 am , i eat within 20 mins
30 -50 grams of protein .
weekends ?? sounds like yuor looking for an excuse . EAT when yuor hungry , NOT everyoje can eat 2-3 hrs all the time . YOUR body will tell u when too eat.
SERIOUSLY get organised .

INVEST in the following. GATORADE 32 oz bottles . MET RX bars , powerbar ( if you like them )

WE all have kid(s) pack a cooler , so when yuor out and about yuo can eat and drink in the parking lots,

THANKS yuor parents yuo dont / cant eat like me . i am always hungry.
Wife laughed at me till about 1 yr ago when justin starting having growing pains .

he is in 5th grade 5-3 126 ( he says ) ears a mens 8 4e new balance and ALMOST eats as much as me .

drs always claimed he will be 6-4 /5 by 16-18 and 275 easy .

i wish my parents blessed me like that,

any ?'s u have ot help yuo want , DONT hesitate to contact me,
TOO many others here judge me by my lack of abs, tisk tisk now they can sit in my fan club or dissappear,

peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

It is absolutely easier for me duing the week to stay on track. Without the structure of work you never know where you will be or what you will be doing. I still get up early on the weekends and have my first meal by 6am - I would love to sleep in but it just doesn't happen for me. :( Saturday is my anything goes day. I find I still don't go too crazy, but then I am trying to gain so it is a little easier then when you are trying to lose. Those beers can add up fast but boy are they good! :) Sunday I am back on track again. Good advise posted above me. Maybe you need to give yourself one cheat meal every weekend to give you something to look farward too and help you keep on track the rest of the time? If you are eating clean 41 out of 42 meals one cheat meal is not going to kill you!

I absolutly know what you mean. I've realized though that drinking and dieting don't go together. I've made some friends that don't drink much and also have found new ways to have fun that don't involve alcohol. Sometimes I'll go out and get wild but that's pretty rare. Maybe push your 3 hour eating plan to start @ 8:30 am. Then pack your meals as you go to run your errands and complete your busy schedule.

'80% of success is just showing up'. How many times have you actually gotten to the gym and regretted being there?? Never? Just keep pushing your self..when it comes down to it, we are the ones responsible for our actions.
Good luck, Oh ya...why wait till the 1st????
