Time to get my rear in gear
I have been really slacking off these last few weeks. Actually today was the first time I was in the Gym since December 14. I don’t know why, but I just could not get myself to go to the gym. I went today, and it felt pretty good. My diet has really suffered over these last few weeks as well. I just could not stop eating cookies, candy, and all the bad stuff. Now I am ready to really get back into the swing of things. I think I just needed to let loose for a little while. I am going on a cruise in mid March, so I have a lot of work to do if I want to be in good condition for it. Starting January 1, I am going to completely focus on cutting down. I will keep it up until my cruise and then maybe try a bulk, but who knows that is a long way off….

‘80% of success is just showing up’. How many times have you actually gotten to the gym and regretted being there?? Never? Just keep pushing your self..when it comes down to it, we are the ones responsible for our actions.

OK my friend, enjoy these last few days because come 1/1/08 the party is OVER! You have plenty of time to get into cruise shape and what a moitvator that is! You can do it Monk! You should blog everyday so you have some accountablity… and we can keep an eye on you
