squat its got some magical properties…. whenever i m down and out … life s nt treating me well… kicked my buut… push me aside … i lay down on the ground defeated.. i say to myself get up u a.s..h.l.e… get up and get under the squat rack… and somhow i drag myself to s
quat and slowly i drag myself of my negative thinking too
heavy squat does thgs for u …..so guys dont let life pull u down… u may fall but u ve the power u get up too… keep fighting

guys i m taking my cretine befire and during workouts. i m also taking caffine before workouts. i m gaining good strength. not fatiguing easily… feels good . but i read tht creatine and caffene dont go together….. wat do u think guys?

had a great workout. one thing im noticing is i m taking creatine during my workouts now nt afterwards and it is delaying my fatigue , i train harder longer now ….is this happening to u guys ?i m working in strength phase now. had a good upper body workout.s

leg day today…. had a good workout.. squatted with six 45lb plates…. felt good …. can do more but protecting my lower back…. i m in strength phase of my year long program. lets see how it goes this year. had a rough year last one… but stuck through it. after all a i can do is do my best … and thts all tht matters
