Kick Ass and Ab Workout
Tuesday, October 14th, 2008Last Sunday was supposed to be a rest day. However I will be on stage in 4 weeks and needed to boost my ass. Literally! Sundays are always family day so I took my 7 year old to the high school track with me. She ran 2 laps with me and did bleachers while I started my sprint workout. Yes, she is crazy athletic and will be out running me in no time! Deciding to take it easy I only did 5 sprints that were 100 meters long. My specialty in high school as I held records in the 100 meter relay! Running 50 meters at about 80% and 50 meters at full speed is going to be the ticket. Between sprints I did 20 lunges on each leg off of the bleachers. OUCH!!!!! Well it is Wednesday and my abs are still hurting. I know this is going to improve my backside since I swear I can feel it shrinking and what Mom doesnt want to feel that! So go sprint and lunge your abs and ass in shape. I will be doing it for another month for sure! Happy Sprinting!
