not a bad workout.. did the whole upper body thing..
pull ups, dips..wide grip pull downs. supersets with arms.. did stair mill for 40 minutes then did some running on it to burn out.. around 900 cals..

been on vacation for 4 days but the diet was spot on.. rode about 30 today in 107 degrees.. It really put the hurt on me…. I did take a phentermine this morning which surely didnt help the heart rate as well as the heat.. My time was good but my BPM got up to around 180 and it never dropped below 160.. I got some aching in my chest and shoulders as well which made me pretty nervous.. took some aspirin but I still feel "off" Im going to take it easy tonight.

rode around 18 miles today, burned a little over a thousand calories. My wife was out of town so I pretty much watched my kids and worked with little opportunity to train all week. It was nice to be on my bike again and I feel like im just reaching a new plateau in my training.. My lifting has been pretty poor but I should manage to get legs and upper body in before I travel to Mexico on Friday for a dive trip.

workouts and diet has been good this week. I was on vacation in Mex and gained around 10-15 lbs over the last 4 weeks.
26 miles hilly and windy, around 1800 cals.. Ill try to eat 4000 for a 2200 total.. its a little low but I can get away with for a day..

did about 16 miles in crosswinds, took 90 minutes just to make it out to the Monument and back, I burned around 1400 calories..
I rode the mountain friday but tomorrow i start my serious attack on me sweet mountain lover.. Yes, the Mountains and the Oceans are my ladies, I surrender to their might so they will allow me entrance..
Here is my current highest climb

the mountain is 25 miles and about 7000 feet of elevation increase. Its really beautiful and a good cyclist it up in under 2 hours.. im not a good cyclist and my goal for summer is too just make and then get to the point where I can ride the 8 miles from my pad to the base, go up the 25 to the summit and then return home for a total of 66 miles of fun and smiles..

Pretty lame week overall with some fat gain. No biggy, I needed a recharge.
went up the mountain yesterday or at least 8 miles or so. My goal this summer is be able to get up at 5:00am, ride to the mountain (8 miles) go up the mountain (25 miles 7000′ rise) drink a cappuccino with my pinky in the air then come home..
