rode everyday except today with a 46 miler saturday as well as hiking in the pm. I took my children hiking today in the santa rita mountains, friggin beautiful and the kids loved it as we saw large waterfalls and lots of beauty.. We took the dogs as well and they got a nice and needed workout as my playing with them is limited while im waiting for my grass to come in. Over all, it was an enjoyable and healthy weekend.

its my anniversary to day, 14 years married and 19 years together.. im so fortunate to have her..

rode about 90 minutes for around 1400 cals..
