just felt crappy yesterday so I didnt train.. I did manage to ride 24 this morning at 5:30.. I hate mornings but I need to do this!
tonight im going to give some yoga a shot, its been awhile but the flexibility, focus and breath definately need the work. Tomorrow is my anniversary so we’ll just see what I have time for..
burned around 1200 cals (-1200)
bagel/turkye bacon 400 (-800)
pasta chicken salad 250 (-550)
salad greens/one chicken breast 400 cals (-150)
went and did legs that night, lunges and other functional type training..
total for th day was around 2400 cals
