am cardio (bike or stairmill, 600-1000 cals alternate Liit/Hiit)
pm (leg training)
squats, bulgarian squats, SLDL, calves
tuesday.. off
wednesday,
am cardio (bike or stairmill, 600-1000 cals alternate Liit/Hiit)
pm Back and biceps.

DB bent over rows
pullups
various bicep
thursday (double cardio) the wife watches greys anatomy and all that other chick programming so Id rather be at the gym
am cardio (bike or stairmill, 600-1000 cals alternate Liit/Hiit)
pm cardio (stairmill or elliptical)
Fri
am cardio (bike or stairmill, 600-1000 cals alternate Liit/Hiit)
chest/sholders/triceps
bench to warmup
incline db press
dips
seated DB flys
lateral straight arm cable flys
skull crushers
cable work
Saturday..
long ride, 2000-3000 cals
Sunday, mountain ride 2000-3000 cals
I think ill eat about maintenance with a little shift to more protein, but still try to stay at around 2400 cals total.
