did about 16 miles in crosswinds, took 90 minutes just to make it out to the Monument and back, I burned around 1400 calories..
I rode the mountain friday but tomorrow i start my serious attack on me sweet mountain lover.. Yes, the Mountains and the Oceans are my ladies, I surrender to their might so they will allow me entrance..
Here is my current highest climb

the mountain is 25 miles and about 7000 feet of elevation increase. Its really beautiful and a good cyclist it up in under 2 hours.. im not a good cyclist and my goal for summer is too just make and then get to the point where I can ride the 8 miles from my pad to the base, go up the 25 to the summit and then return home for a total of 66 miles of fun and smiles..

Pretty lame week overall with some fat gain. No biggy, I needed a recharge.
went up the mountain yesterday or at least 8 miles or so. My goal this summer is be able to get up at 5:00am, ride to the mountain (8 miles) go up the mountain (25 miles 7000′ rise) drink a cappuccino with my pinky in the air then come home..

two beef tacos/beans/cheese crisp 1000 (-100)
breakfast for dinner.. 1000 (900)
I should be able to crawl up to 1800 before i hit it.

think ill finish up with some oats now, maybe a banana..

BLT sandwich with smart mayo and turkey bacon 350 (1750)
40 minutes stairmill, rope crunches and calves -700 cals (1050)
lean ham sandwich, dry.. 500 cals maybe.. (1550)
so maybe some oats or 3 tbls natty a little later…
solid workout, got the stairmill up to 16 and ran uphill for about a minute before hitting 178 bpm.. im looking forward to cycling maybe 30-40 miles tomorrow if I manage to get my headset reassembled..

No training today, I did ride about 8 miles to meet with some dude about my bike.. but thats it. Frankly I feel fatigued and somewhat melancholy.. hopefully ill sleep better tonight.
