rode everyday except today with a 46 miler saturday as well as hiking in the pm. I took my children hiking today in the santa rita mountains, friggin beautiful and the kids loved it as we saw large waterfalls and lots of beauty.. We took the dogs as well and they got a nice and needed workout as my playing with them is limited while im waiting for my grass to come in. Over all, it was an enjoyable and healthy weekend.

felt fatigued riding, when riding with no hands having a drink and relaxing some punk ass yuppies passed me and didnt return my good morning so I got into my big ring and worked their ass for about 6 miles, they couldnt catch me but I was gassed so I cut my mountain climb down to 3-4 miles. On the way back I passed two couples and one of the men decided to try to catch me.. fat chance on a flat.. if I can get into my big ring I can beat alot people I think.. but I still need to work on climbing which has a lot to do with body weight.. maybe the tour de france has people feeling it..
