doing it for a week now!!!
yippie!! i have been working out for a little over 1 week now and this time i am going to stick with it because i have to…i so hope that my life will change this time…i am a little afraid of what i will do when cooler weather comes..how it will effect my work outs since my gym is in a building without heat but we can always use a space heater…look at me making excuses already!!! i hope that if i stick with this for at least 3 weeks it will become a habit…and i will crave it again like i did once awhile back…i also hope that the whole muscle memory thing will kick in and help me burn off this extra fat! hope 3 weeks shows me some happy results …..i am working out 4 days a week with wieghts and i am doing at least 3 days of cardio i make sure that no single workout exceeds 1 hour…so if i get done with my wieghts and have time for cardio then i do it ..i am trying the hiit on a stationary bike…45 sec very fst and 2 min steady not too fast but not slow either this is very tireing… but it must be doing something because i am starving like all the time…i so have to get my diet in check in a very quick way because i know after all is said and done it will either make or break all my hard work!!! if you believe in God and are reading this then please pray that i stay motivated…pray nothing more or less just that i stay motivated thank you!!
