Feeling Crappy

This is my first blog. Feeling very tired the last couple months.

Not preparing meals in advance craving junk not sleeping well.

Went to the doctors, well I have very low iron and B12 very

hard to get motivated. On supplements and trying to get eating

back on track.Put weight on and just feeling angry when things were

going well. Well pick it girl and get back on track! Need motivation

big time!

I am also a junk food eater. The fattier, greasier and loaded with sugar. I noticed when I consume these foods I get that why bother feeling about working out. It’s a bad cycle that I go through also. Get back on that fitness horse and ride. That’s what I am going to do. I just spent a month slacking and eating crap. I am over it !! Good luck. Your avi pic is great!

I had the same problem and upped by whole grain intake to increase carbs and iron; quinoa, oatmeal, brown rice, etc. I’m back to my normal self. I have always taken a B mulit and also added an iron supp but do not take the full dosage since you have to be careful with too much iron.

So what did the docs say you have to do?
Did they put you on a supp or are you just going to switch up your diet?

A comment about craving junk…I read when you are not getting enough carbs this is what happens….your body is letting you know this by craving it and we in turn get the craving for sugar but rather than reach for junk, eat good food high in carbs such as the whole grains.
