It’s Not All About Looking Hot.

I train & eat well because I want to be in great health.  I believe when I take care of myself it gives me the ultimate strength to take care of my family.

Fat Burning

I am currently taking HyperDrive for my fat burning supplement… so far so good. I know I have lost some bodyfat although I havent’ checked it for sure..but I can certainly feel the loss around my waist. My legs are awesome! lol. I wish everything else can keep up for sure. Well once I’m done with Hydperdrive I’m going to take Gaspari Nutrition Mitotropin. I’m very excited about taking this because it’s suppose to be a great fat burning supplement.  

Recently I encountered some back pain so I had to skip a few trainings but finally got back into my training full force. I’m going to start using the stairmaster at the gym..I was told it would be a great fat burning machine. We will see. :D

~Living Life!~

I am proud to say I’ve been training daily. I can see results and I am much more motivated to keep working harder because I know I have potential. The abs have certainly been the most difficult part to get toned. Of course the fact of giving birth to six makes it much more difficult. All the layers of fat and extra skin. YUCK!!! BUT it’s possible to look fit. I’m not going to ruin it for sure, I’ve come a long way to go back.

My nutrition has been great! Eating the right portions and foods. Trying my best to stay away from anything sweet. I love chicken so that is whats helping me stick to my diet plan. I basically eat things I enjoy but not overdulging like I use to. YEAH eating like a bodybuilder!! lol!

Training has been awesome by eating right I’ve had the energy to keep things consistent.  I am working on my upper body..i’m gaining muscle but I hope to get toned with my ritual 30 minutes of cardio or if I feel like pushing further I’ll do an hour of it.  My mind has finally been able to concentrate on the muscles of my abs. If I close my eyes I can feel the muscles contracting with every force. I hope these muscles can been seen soon. YEah, I’m enjoying life now, it only gets better in time. :D

oh my goodness! I am so tired! I am not sure if I’m overdoing it but I need to! If I don’t  I will get no where, not where I would like to be.  Today at work I’ve gotten so many compliments about how young I look and have been asked what is my secret to keeping youthful. For some reason I always get asked how old I am when I mention I have six kids. yeah I know. I think I  just like the attention. lol. for some reason having six kids comes up in conversation. LOL~ ANyway..I have to say I have been blessed with having fitness friends to lead me to a healthy life. A special thanks goes out to Dave Vignasse.  He has certainly helped a great deal. Now I’m keeping it consistent with his diet and I will try to keep it this way.   I also think all the compliments I’ve been getting and the motivation I get from my new boss is AWESOME and has helped me to push myself further to getting closer to my goal! She knows how important this fitness stuff is for me that she asks every morning, "Did you get your workout in last night?"

Again I feel so blessed and feel amazing! :D

Obssessed with the Eliptical.

I have to say I get the best cardio workout using this beautiful machine. I hope by December I can decrease my bodyfat and I feel confident that I will.  Found this routine and I think I will try it. I have to do my cardio on a daily basis this is the only way I can get to where I want to be. I am making it happen and it will happen.

 Workout 1

1 mile total (3000 steps)
1000 steps on resistance 1 (Running Pace)
1000 steps on resistance 5 (Jogging Pace)
1000 steps on resistance 10 (Walking Pace)

Workout 2 (Resistance program)

30 minutes total
start at resistance 2 and build 1 by 1 up to 10 and drop back to 2. (2 or three cycles)(Varrying paces)

Workout 3

1 mile total (3000 steps)
1500 steps on resistance 3 (Running Pace)
1000 steps on resistance 7 (Slow Jogging Pace)
500 steps on resistance 10 (Walking Pace)

Workout 4

30 minutes total
10 minutes on resistance 10 (Walking Pace)
10 minutes on resistance 7 (Joggin Pace)
5 minutes on resistance 4 (Jogging Pace)
5 minutes on resistance 2 (Jogging/Running Pace)

Do good things and good things come your way. Yep. Time to be good now!!! I had a very good week and weekend. Enjoying life, family. I have been training to where I feel sweaty and pain. YEP!! I’m so happy about going back to using the eliptical machine for my cardio workouts. This machine is my weapon of choice. You can literally feel the fat come right off the bones!!  I can also feel where I need to burn the fat off my abs too! I’m doing very GOOD QUALITY EXERCISES.  My upper abs are rocking BUT the liower abs still need drastic work. I hope it can happen. I’ve been patient as can be. but you know I’m at the point things are good. I hope I can keep consistent so I can see better results.

ooh wow! what a change! My new job is going well..in fact my boss wants to know my secret to losing weight and looking toned. what a freaking change! My other jobs people tried to fatten me up!!!!! lol.  Life is great and I hope I can make a change and as well as help others too.       Ok let’s get busy and continue to make our bodies look insane!!!  We can do it!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah. I saw this on a poster while I was looking for work. IT made so much sense! I  lost a great job last Friday! I won’t go into detail but I was pretty bummed out! I seriously wanted to crawl under a rock and never come out! BUT I thought this is ridiculous. I need to get out of this funk and move on! Thank goodness! I applied for a job on Monday. Handed the application and resume. Yesterday got called in for an interview and was offered the postion today!!! Now it’s not the greatest paying job but I had to take it. I live in a very small town and jobs are scarce…omg..now I can freaking breathe!!!!!!

Yeah that is what I say..I need to surround myself with fitness minded friends. It’s difficult to find someone to go out to the gym with or even go for runs. So far everyone I know can’t keep up or I can’t keep up with them. So in the end I’m by myself in this fitness journey going on two years. I have lost and gained muscle but my abs are layered with this stubborn fat that can’t melt away.  If you are a reader of my blogs you will see I go on, and on about my fustrations and it seems I don’t keep moving forward. But anyway a lot of thes blogs are for my usage. I go back and read and think why did I say that. I am so insane!! lol~ and you will notice I don’t stick to the subject! HAHAHA~

Ok…..I’ll see if my daughter wants to hit the trails. AH! it’s a very cold day but a perfect day for a jog    :D

Ah! I Remember Those Days!

I stumbled across a photo of me when I was 20 with two little ones and I must have weighed 90 pounds! OMG!! I gotta scan this pic! I’m so freakin skinny!  SHEESH!Hmm..probably no fat on my bones! (kinda yucky)

Back in the day you would find me out at the track & people would get so critical. "Why are you doing this?" "Ya too skinny!" My reply, " Well cuz I want to stay fit and trim." AH! HA! Hmm…how time flies…..

And I also noticed at other pics I took in the mid of Aug of 08…at those times I really did not follow a diet nor a set training routine but I was trimming down fairly fast. So I’m thinking I should just go back to how I use to train and not have  set routines. I would go out and do a full body work out at least 3 times a week.  And of course I’ll try my best to eat sensibly. SO in the long run I will do whatever works for me and not be so obssessed.
