New Idea
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009Just got back from burning 300 calories. I’m not sure but today I felt so tired and I skipped weight lifting. I’ve also decided I am going to do 30 minutes of cardio for 2 weeks, hopefully daily. And I’m going to stay away from lifting and taking my protein shakes. I hope I can lose 10 pounds at least. I want to see what happens and if I can lose the weight. Not sure if this is a good idea..but I’m going to try and see. anyway today was a great day..I got my boss to think healthy and she also plans on losing 10 pounds. I would prefer to lose 20 but she says that there would be nothing left of me! haha! oh! I remember the days when my weight would easily melt away…now I have to work at!
