~Living Life!~
I am proud to say I’ve been training daily. I can see results and I am much more motivated to keep working harder because I know I have potential. The abs have certainly been the most difficult part to get toned. Of course the fact of giving birth to six makes it much more difficult. All the layers of fat and extra skin. YUCK!!! BUT it’s possible to look fit. I’m not going to ruin it for sure, I’ve come a long way to go back.
My nutrition has been great! Eating the right portions and foods. Trying my best to stay away from anything sweet. I love chicken so that is whats helping me stick to my diet plan. I basically eat things I enjoy but not overdulging like I use to. YEAH eating like a bodybuilder!! lol!
Training has been awesome by eating right I’ve had the energy to keep things consistent. I am working on my upper body..i’m gaining muscle but I hope to get toned with my ritual 30 minutes of cardio or if I feel like pushing further I’ll do an hour of it. My mind has finally been able to concentrate on the muscles of my abs. If I close my eyes I can feel the muscles contracting with every force. I hope these muscles can been seen soon. YEah, I’m enjoying life now, it only gets better in time.
