I have to say I get the best cardio workout using this beautiful machine. I hope by December I can decrease my bodyfat and I feel confident that I will. Found this routine and I think I will try it. I have to do my cardio on a daily basis this is the only way I can get to where I want to be. I am making it happen and it will happen.
Workout 1
1 mile total (3000 steps)
1000 steps on resistance 1 (Running Pace)
1000 steps on resistance 5 (Jogging Pace)
1000 steps on resistance 10 (Walking Pace)
Workout 2 (Resistance program)
30 minutes total
start at resistance 2 and build 1 by 1 up to 10 and drop back to 2. (2 or three cycles)(Varrying paces)
Workout 3
1 mile total (3000 steps)
1500 steps on resistance 3 (Running Pace)
1000 steps on resistance 7 (Slow Jogging Pace)
500 steps on resistance 10 (Walking Pace)
Workout 4
30 minutes total
10 minutes on resistance 10 (Walking Pace)
10 minutes on resistance 7 (Joggin Pace)
5 minutes on resistance 4 (Jogging Pace)
5 minutes on resistance 2 (Jogging/Running Pace)
