I Don’t Mean to Pry….

What’s your secret to destoying the fat off of lower abs.? Please reply. Thank you.

    No secret. You already know this. Can’t target a spot to reduce BF.

    1) Clean diet
    2) Small meals every 2-3 hrs
    3) Stay strict with that clean diet
    4) Cardio

    BF will fall, but will come off your body as your individual body gives it up.

    They are sooo right momma! You can try different kinds of diets, but stay away from the fad crap!!! But that’s what it boils down to, diet and cardio. The biggest thing is to reduce your fat intake and burn more calories that you take in.

    Oh yeah, almost forgot, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!. When you have steady stream of water in and water out (hehe) Your body will flush subcutaneous(sp?), under the skin, water and what does that water take with it? Hmmm, any guesses? That’s right! Everyone should drink half gallon (64oz), but you should work your way up to a gallon! It will help, plus there are other amazing benefits. Can you imagine that teenage skin you already have looking even younger and brighter? Drink up!
