Ah! I Remember Those Days!
I stumbled across a photo of me when I was 20 with two little ones and I must have weighed 90 pounds! OMG!! I gotta scan this pic! I’m so freakin skinny! SHEESH!Hmm..probably no fat on my bones! (kinda yucky)
Back in the day you would find me out at the track & people would get so critical. "Why are you doing this?" "Ya too skinny!" My reply, " Well cuz I want to stay fit and trim." AH! HA! Hmm…how time flies…..
And I also noticed at other pics I took in the mid of Aug of 08…at those times I really did not follow a diet nor a set training routine but I was trimming down fairly fast. So I’m thinking I should just go back to how I use to train and not have set routines. I would go out and do a full body work out at least 3 times a week. And of course I’ll try my best to eat sensibly. SO in the long run I will do whatever works for me and not be so obssessed.
