Working.

I have to say I’m very happy where I’m at now and I know it can get better. I continue to keep focused on my goals and I try not to feel down about it.  I’m thankful for meeting great people who motivate me to do my best. I’m flattered by those who think I inspire them; in fact you inspire me! I am also proud of my kids who inspire me daily.

For all the moms keep working it, it will happen.

Better Results

I will try my best to train daily. My abs I will train 3 times a week. Cardio I will do on a daily basis.

I was able to workout during lunch hour…of course I did legs and arms. After work I did 30 min. of cardio.    Now at home I’m working the abs.

I had a very rough day at work..not really going to get into it but let’s just say it’s wasn’t a good day.  The only good thing was getting a work out in and I hiope I see better results within a few months. Let’s hope so.

I’m in a kick a@@ mood! haha! yeah.

Ok…I’m truthfully not your typical momma of six or grannie really.. hehe! I plan to keep a video blog soon. (when ever I have the opp to get good quality vid stuff)  I’m much more of a verbal kind of person than a writer. lol.  Anyway this weekend has been an eye opener for me.  For those who actually read my blogs I go through up and downs with motivation. Yesterday I had a wonderful day spent with the family..the morning started off to be a good one. As some of you know… I plan to become a police officer. ( a childhood dream). YEah I seem soft spoken and sweet, which I can be but I also have a tough interior which can sometimes escape. hehe.  well anyway… I went grocery shopping and the chief of police almost ran me over with his grocery cart!. lol. He asked if I had placed my application in and I said, heck yes, I’m waiting for you guys to give me a call. He said they plan to call me at the end of the year. So… I have time to prepare myself for the physical test. He said you know…if you pass these tests. I’m going to hire you right away, you know that?? I said I know~~~!!! I am SUPER EXCITED!!!!!  With this I am SO motivated to train daily and I want to keep reaching for the dream body. This training is not all about the physical appearance but I want to make sure I am solid for this fantastic career!  

Now my worst critics are my parents.. I have to give them some props, they are another reason I’m at this fitness journey. many days of them telling me how fat I am.

I took my mom to the gym to show her how hard I train. She was pretty impressed and floored how strong my legs were. I told her the next thing to get solid were my abs. I will be so happy when I can get these darn abs to look decent.

I know this whole thing takes time and I will try my best to keep patient it’s all I can do for now. THanks so much for everyone that had left comments from my previous blogs. It means a lot.

I am happy and determined!! Now I need to keep this positive mentality.

I went to the gym today and I finally had the nerve to step on the scale!!! It said I weighed 146!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know exactly how I would like to look. Plenty of examples on bodyspace that is for sure. Congrats for those who have accomplished thier fitness goals. Keep us inspired.  It’s difficult work and most difficult to maintain.

I have researched all over for great quality workout and diets. I have learned so much from others and I will keep going strong.

I always dread to visit my parents! They still see me as being pudgy!!! I have lost inches and not weight. I know I have added muscles as well. But now I feel fat and ugly! it sucks!  I know I should not get myself down with their negative words but it hurts me and they know it….but it’s their way of getting me motivated. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning I was surprised to notice how much more I have lost around my stomach area, I kind of freaked out. I need to tone it up a bit to decrease the excess skin on my lower abs. yuck!!! I still feel good about it. A little more work and I hope I will at least look slender with clothes on. lol!  My goal as been to work the abs and tone up. I would like to do this on my own rather than think about surgery….we will see.  Today I feel skinny! :)
