Weight Supplement????
I’m debating about taking a weight supplement. Ever since the scare with Hydroxycut, I’ve stopped taking any sort of weight supplement. Now it seems I have to work harder to get lean. Unfortunately, since I stopped taking Hydrooxycut, I notice I’ve put on some pounds, especially in parts where I had lost. E.g. arms, mid section, back.
All this crap is making me upset, lol! But anyway….don’t worry I’m going to still work on this. I havent’ given up. BUT i’m craving some extra help!!!!

There are times when supplements only help because the person ‘believes’ it will help.
Careful with supps, I just had a friend that passed away while working out and we truly believe that supplements were the cause.
Keep the diet strong, and cardio up.
