Back into the Game!
Wednesday, March 25th, 2009My last blog I was whining. Tonight I finally got my lazy butt to the gym! I thought since I’ve missed several days I was going to die, but I was able to do my 30 min. of cardio, same pace. My weights, same reps and pounds.
SO..I’m going to squeeze at least 20 min. of cardio during my lunch hour and evenings will be my regular routines. I know I will not be able to do my evening workouts every night but the daily 20 min. during lunch hour will work.
Ok anyone who has followed my blogs I go through many moods. Some days I’m down, other days I’m good, and other days EXTREMELY FREAKING HYPER!
