I LOVE THE GYM!! I COULD LIVE THERE! I absolutely LOVE working out. It’s my passion! (SCREAM!!!) ok. I feel better. :p

Honestly I do not remember the last time I had a hamburger or fries. The price you pay for a healthy body. Why can’t I go back into time when I was able to eat anything and not have a daily fitness routine; but still maintain a cute body. I guess that will never happen.

Valentines Day is over rated..but it’s my dang b day.

Oh yes! I turn the big 38 on Saturday. I’m excited cuz I have something special planned. Top Secret though. ANyway, there were days I was feeling kind of down, (boo hoo, poor me.) BUT life goes on and sometimes you have to make things better on your own. I think it’s all this training making me grumpy, I don’t know. Although Today I realized the training is paying off. Everywhere I go I pull my shirt up and say "Look! I’m  losing weight! Not bad for someone with six kids, huh?" I know I’m crazy! But it feels great to be crazy! The funny thing is people actually stop and look! :P

It’s true, laughter is the best medicine! I have a few friends here who crack me up! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! MUCHAS GRACIAS. Maybe one day we will meet and have a big fiesta!! AND Who knows maybe I will dance on tables for ya! ;)

WOO HOO! 55 degrees out! Park day! Yep, I’m in chipper mood. Went to the gym, did my usual routines and feel great! OH! I also have found my 3 favorite machines, and they are the elipitcal, triceps press and leg extensions. I found these machines to help me with my flabby triceps, working to have beautiful thighs and of course decreasing my body fat. The GYM is WONDERFUL!!!

I would like to say thanks to all my friends who have been very supportive with thier words of encouragement and expertise.

Truthfully there are days I get so impatient and I would like to see more results but I do realize it takes time.

I am not sure if there will be great changes within the two months but I hope to make some by the end of the year. We will see.

hahaha! I usually head out to the gym when I am stressed or PO’d about something. And believe me I get PO’d ALOT!! Oh yeah! I have a temper~ lmao. I think when I am angry I seem to work off the most stress. Yep, I am heading out to the gym again this afternoon! ;)

I’m so freakin determined to do this!

I have been working my butt off to get the skinny body I want! There are days I get so fustrated or irritated! But I hope God continues to give me the strength to sculpt my body. I know it is possible to do it without going to extreme means. Of course I have been taking supplements such as Hydroxycut but the gym has been my place of serenity, I have been loyal to my diet and workouts so we will see!
