I have lots of work ahead of me. I sat here and I thought no matter what I will be complaining regardless.
My problem area still exsists & I know it will take awhile. If only I had more time on my hands for faster results. Hmm.. maybe less time on bodyspace. LOL.
Certainly the diet has to be the most difficult part but the exercise I LOVE. I would be lost if for some reason I wasn’t able to.
Well another thing I thought while sitting here WOW! my excessive belly rolls are GONE!! Haha. That’s a start for sure!

Oh my gosh! I think I am addicted to writing these blogs!!
Well if you have not noticed I placed some new progress pics of the well know goal of mine. I am ok with what I have worked on so far. I feel I have a long way to go. My target focus will be on lower abs which need drastic improvement.
I have done so much research in regards to this topic that I read this really good article on the web about lower ab exercises. I have learned it is best to work on the ab exercises slowly and work on the correct muscles. The correct muscles are the deeper abdominal muscles which are the Rectus Abdominus and the Transvers Abdominus. WOWIE!!
I am so excited, I can’t wait for my future results and I will definitely keep thngs posted.

Today went in for my complete weigh in. UGH! I seem to have messed up with tracking my inches & body fat% Now moving forward I should now have the correct information so I can accurately list progress results. So far I have lost 17 inches, 9 1/2 pounds, and 7.35 pounds of fat as of 11-15-07.
One other new found passion of mine is of course the weighlifting! I am excited to say I will have a weight set coming my way tomorrow morning! I’ll be able to workout at home with the proper necessities.

My days usually consist of on the go rush. Well today was very difficult to get around UGH! Not good. I must have strained a muscle in my inner thigh. I wish I could pin point where or when I did it. Man..I bet it happened last Saturday when I was enjoying my beer and chocolate my two best buddies. I am bummed out I was not able to go to Curves or do any cardio. Ok I guess I will work on my abs. You know I am starting to like the ab exercises. Last night they were a lot easier to do so I guess I need to work on different ab routines. I was hoping by next month to get some fab. pics but I think I will move up my goal, I am not going to post any progress pics Until my abs are close to perfection..hmm tha’ts going to be awhile.

Yes, I couldn’t wait until next week for my weight in. I’ve gained 2 pounds thus far, decreased bodyfat and my waist is shrinking a bit. As long as my body fat is decreasing, I am happy about that. Time to work hard and I want to thank those who have given me the encouragment. I am always here too. So don’t be strangers. LOL
Let’s work on those abs!@!!!!

LMAO!! This is what my doctor asked me today. HILARIOUS!! I use to work for him along while back and so he had not seen me since then (160pds) He thought I looked great and asked what I was doing. I told him the whole spill of working out and trying to eat healthy..blah.blah. & then I mentioned the weight lifting. LOL! I told him I wanted to look athletic but if it came to"looking extremely musclar" so be it. Why are so many people turned off by muscular women. Oh well.

This weekend was the longest one I had. My family and I had a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, we did not stay at a place with a gym close by! Saturday evening I had pizza and beer! Big mistake~ I feel as if I gained 50 pounds!! Sunday I had some homemade fudge!! UGH!! What is wrong with me??!!?? Although I did do my cardio and ab exercises. Today, Monday I’m at home writing a blog, instead of the office. I am sick with a flu. I hope to work out today.. it’s certainly much needed. As you see my weaknesses failed me tremendously! How in the heck am I going to get rid of this fat??!? The way things are going with my eating habits my probem area is not going to change that is for sure.

Being new to the weight lifting, I finally figured out how all this works. For a while I was lifting and bulking up and I was wondering why in the heck am I bulking up rather trimming down?? Cardio is a key factor and of course diet. Now I’ve noticed I’m buiding muscle but also trimming down. well duh!? lol. I will make sure to get that cardio in. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that done today. Sheesh~ this fitness thing is hard to do but it must be done! Now to find myself some good protein drink….~~~

Now I don’t want someone to take this out of context….but I love touching myself. LOL. Ok… this is not perverted. What I mean is I like the feel of my legs, arms, back, and waist!!! You can just feel the fat melting away!! I am loving it!! Of course, I still have a long way to go..but so far so good. The rolls are going bye-bye!!! And I hope they NEVER come back.
