My goals of course is to lose 12 more pounds perhaps maybe get into bodybuilding to tone and build muscle. I would also like to cycle more on a serious basis.
The bodybuilding is all new to me. I don’t know where to start, it is something I would like to do. So anyone who can lead me to the right direction, let me know please.
