WHOO HOO!

I feel good today. I went to Curves pretty good. Then later this evening, while doing some online research for some new ideas for "my at home work out."  I found this website; kind of dogging Curves. http://www.buildingbodies.ca/fitness_programs/curves-fitness-program.shtml

I would have to disagree what he mentions in the article. I am not sure about injuries??? Who ever he spoke to must have not been using the machines properly. But of course after a workout you will feel sore. All I know My results from working out there is unbelievable.  But I guess one is entitled to their own opinion.

Now I do have to say I have noticed some women out there shouldn’t even bother going, Some of them seem like they are forced to go. It’s sad..they don’t seem to be very motivated at all. Oh well. But you know.. you find that anywhere you go. People working out, just to say they are working out.

In my opinion, you have to motivate yourself. Make sure you are educated with the different types of exercise you can do; as well as eating healthy and perhaps looking into taking some safe supplements. Well everything you read on bodybuilding.com is very helpful ;)

Well at home I did these following exercise listed on this page. http://www.buildingbodies.ca/Weights/free-weight-exercises-1.shtml I know I got this link from the same area the dude was dogging Curves. LOL

That was my day. Work was so, so stressful!!!!!!!! My job is so demanding, but it feels great to be at home, let me tell you!!!  :D

Setting realistic goals

I noticed I placed my goal to lose 12 pounds by the end of this month. Um, I don’t think that will happen. It took me to lose 11 pounds in 4 months.

OMG today I feel like I gained some pounds but I think it is all in my head. I weighed myself at home & love what is shows. Supposedly I have lost 2 pounds but I know the Curves scale will tell me different.

Also, I have been focusing on my arms and stomach, and I am noticing some difference in my gut!! But a 6 pack I think is only in my dreams. LOL!!

Does anyone else go through this phase when you start getting depressed because you feel you are not at the level you would like to be?  I get that way sometimes, but then I should be a happy where I am at. I mean I use to weight 160!!! Personally, that is too much weight for a 5′1 woman to carry. YIKES!!!

But anyway I am still working hard except for today I didn’t work out, which makes me feel as if I had gained. I am too wierd! And to make matters worse, I lost my will power during our monthly meeting at work. I ate a dang cupcake, not one..but TWO!!!!!

I have had a great journey to my quest to fitness. I happy where I am at now, but I know things can get a lot better.

My goals of course is to lose 12 more pounds perhaps maybe get into bodybuilding to tone and build muscle. I would also like to cycle more on a serious basis.

The bodybuilding is all new to me. I don’t know where to start, it is something I would like to do. So anyone who can lead me to the right direction, let me know please.
