I’m just annoyed with myself
I could write a big long blog entry about how I have one week til my Half Marathon and how I have/had some goals for myself… weight/measurements, etc… that now that I spent about a month off track with my eating I won’t reach those goals by that deadline. I don’t want to write on and on about how I’m frustrated and annoyed because it’s negative and doesn’t help anyone out… me included.
I guess maybe I just need some encouragement, kind words, thoughts on what happens when a person had sabotaged themselves just a little and needs to set new goals, a new deadline and not feel so down and discouraged.
If you feel like you have thoughts that might help, I would be forever grateful!!!

how about this: you have a beautiful family and even though you won’t reach your goal by your deadline you still have a goal and a new deadline and the fam is unchanged by this relatively minor fitness catastrophe.
