Weekends are CHALLENGING!!
I’m am trying SO HARD to keep my eating on track this weekend… there’s always some kind of temptation… either we’re really busy and it’s "convenience eating", or we have big plans and it’s "social eating", or I’m sitting around the house with the kids and it’s "boredom eating"…. Sound like a lot of excuse to eat bad?? Ya, I know. So, I’m getting a handle on it.

I am a big victim of boredom eating and convenience eating…though I have been for the past week hanging in there. I started packing a lunch so if I do go somewhere then I am at least prepared to pull out something healthy. I recently discovered the Quaker Oats rice cakes with caramel, and chocolate, etc. Let me tell you girl, they are great! Though don’t eat an entire bag otherwise you defeat the purpose. You can do it, make yourself chug some water as quickly as possible when you are tempted or brush your teeth quickly and you will see you will win your bout with this type of eating.
