Time for a Food Journal
I think I better start journaling my food. I have not been doing well with my nutrition and it’s mid-April… just a little over 2 mos til race day and the deadline for my weight loss goal of 127. Today I weigh 139. So, I just want to know on race day that I worked as hard as I could to get in the best shape by that day. I can honestly say I have not been making the sacrifices I need to make. I’ve been making excuses left and right. And the thing is, I know I will be dissappointed if I don’t reach my goal by June 27. Anyway, enought whining.
Breakfast:
1/2 whole wheat bagel
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 Tbsp salsa
Decaf coffee with 3 splenda and 2 creamers
Goal Today: Lots of water and more veggies.
Workout goal: run 5 miles minimum tomorrow.
