Coming back from the “dark side”… feeling tired, bloated, crappy

I’ve been on vacation for the past 10 days…. and as good as my intentions were to stay on track I couldn’t have been farther from it! So many old habits crept back in and my workout schedule completely went down the drain.

Ok, So I can only go up from here! My whole schedule is about to change anyway because my husband and I are going back to school (both teachers) in a week. My twins are going to daycare and my older son has football practice 2 nights a week and so on. No excuses here just stating the facts of my crazy life. But who’s life isn’t crazy. So this is what I know I can do for sure….

Workouts: Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun. Maybe one other workout at home on the other nights.

Meals: Take lunch to school everyday, find creative low carb breakfast stuff I can eat in the car

Drink more water!!
