Coming back from the “dark side”… feeling tired, bloated, crappy
Monday, August 18th, 2008I’ve been on vacation for the past 10 days…. and as good as my intentions were to stay on track I couldn’t have been farther from it! So many old habits crept back in and my workout schedule completely went down the drain.
Ok, So I can only go up from here! My whole schedule is about to change anyway because my husband and I are going back to school (both teachers) in a week. My twins are going to daycare and my older son has football practice 2 nights a week and so on. No excuses here just stating the facts of my crazy life. But who’s life isn’t crazy. So this is what I know I can do for sure….
Workouts: Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun. Maybe one other workout at home on the other nights.
Meals: Take lunch to school everyday, find creative low carb breakfast stuff I can eat in the car
Drink more water!!
