The hot bath works for me too!

Just to add, You look so hot! I am about your size and you are an inspiration. I love how you are so feminine looking but still lift so heavy! .I just got up to 200 for reps on my squat and want to get to 225 soon at 115 pounds. I was worried because my ex B/F gave me the nonsense about being afraid i’d get too big. As it turned out, since he was a pretty deskbound guy, I was quickly able to squat and leg press more than him! Ironically enough, it was a huge turn on for him. Since him, other guys have loved me being strong too - and I love to be able to wrestle them down! I wonder if you find that guys are turned on by your new strength - or ambivalent — or don’t like it? Since my experience has been so contra what society says, I am curious if other girls here have found the same. Would love to hear and also keep blogging generally, your inspirational. - Thanks MAYA

I always found that taking a nice hot bath seemed to help with the shut eye when I could not sleep when I was dieting for a show. Help this is helpful, just a few more weeks to go! Keep it up.
