I stopped training for a few months and now i feel outta shape and fat. I’m starting to get my motivation back and get back into training but at this time i don’t have a gym to go to so im forced to lift at home until i can afford to go to a gym. I don’t have a scale so i can’t give an accurate weight i’d guess about 180 still. Maybe less maybe more its really hard to tell at this point. Once i get back into the gym i know everything will smooth over. Just gotta get enough money in the back to be able to afford it! I started eating right again and getting back into lifting lets just hope i continue it!

Ok so im preping for a contest right now…and it blows…the whole diet deal, i love to eat so its making it hard.Since i finally started to gain weight to,I used to barely gain any weight at all now im having trouble losing the damn weight.Im actually right now at 178 i weighed in about oo i dont know 3 hours ago, i should be at 168 or less and the contest it like 2 weeks away, so theres no way im going to make that. I really need to get to 174 at least so im in the right weight class. Theres just so much food and cutting isnt fun, makes u feel small, if you have cut then you more likely than not know what im talking about. Im gonna update those pictures pretty soon, so then u can actually see what i look like now. My stats are wrong again so ill have to fix that too. Welp im tired of typing figured id type something since ive not typed on here, in over a year. I predict that by January 1st ill be at 190 or so. IF…IF the gains continue the way they were before the dieting began. I gained 20 pounds in a month. Yea…..

The reason im here is because i want to gain weight muscle weight that is, and alot of it . I started at what i though was 160 but turned out to be 151 but now im up to one 160 (it took me a month to get there). Instead of getting ripped and staying this size i want to gain 40 pounds and be at around 200 then shredd down to about 180 and be ripped but not freakishly ripped. And continue this until i weigh a heavy but ripped and fit 220. So after the first run up to 200 then drop to 180 then start again going from 180 to 240 then dropping back down to 220. Now before you ask yes i know this will take years im here to the long haul. Sorry im not a 6 months and done guy. More like 10 years to success guy. I’m going to hopefully weigh in at that 200 by the time im 20 or 21. Thats 3 years from now. I think i should be able to do that. Im pretty sure thats a realistic goal for myself. So yea thats why im here and thats whats to come. Hopefully a very massive bastard one day, well see. Any real lifters got tips on the best way to gain weight. I also have trouble eating when im suppose too, and eating enough is there anyway to make sure i do like a schedule or something.
