Thanks monk01, I will give "no explode" a shot.

I have tried creatine a couple of years ago and it gave me headaches...cause unknown. Although, I do have some food allergies, I would not attribute the creatine source from the food source (I could be wrong).

I will get back on the protein powder shakes.

Thanks again for your input.

That is a tough question. It depends on what you are looking for out of a supplements. Are you looking for more energy during your workouts? If so, I would try the no explode. It really helped me kick it up a notch when I was taking it. Have you looked into creatine or Kre-Akalyn? I just currently started taking Kre-Akalyn, so I don't have much add on it, but if it does work like straight creatine, I will be happy. How about protein powder? It could really help you get you diet on track, because it is pretty hard to eat the amount of protein necessary for muscle growth.

This was too much on my first day back.

It took me way too long.

So, I'm going to do just chest and abs on Day 1.
Back on Day 2. Arms on Day 3. and Legs on Day 4.

I will post the exercises later.

Today I did the Day 1 exercises and feel like I got the most out it.

Isn't it crazy? I, too, don't look like a "geek" accountant. Whenever I meet a new client, they tell me that they were expecting some "old and disheveled guy."

I am glad that it makes a difference. I guess that if you put enough time in keeping your body in shape, you must also be good with numbers?

My personal training business is called Let Me Work With Your Numbers.

Anyway, keep on pumping dude!!!!

Not too many accountants who work out is there. I own a small firm as well as being the controller of the company that I work for. I always get the comments, "where's your pocket protector" or "you do not look anything like I thought that you would" when I am at a new client's place.

I will see if I can hold out and eat more.

Thanks.

I think that if you really have a good diet, you will not need supplements. The only problem I can forsee is the amount of food you will have to eat without supplementing a protein shake here or there.

Good luck
