About My Blog

August 2007, I’ve started a new work schedule (12 hour days—WHEW!!!).  So, I’ve had to adjust my workout schedule.  I will be doing my workouts on consecutive mornings from Friday to Monday.  The challenge will be #1. enough sleep and #2 eating enough to build.  I will have to work in protein drinks and take the time to actually have them. admin.
