BACK IN THE GYM!!!!
Okay…first day back and it felt GREAT!!!
I’ve started a whole new routine.
I’m doing five sets at eight to twelve reps.
The exercises are:
Day 1: Flat bench barbell, dumbbell flys, close grip barbell, incline dumbbell. Interspersed are alternating 50 crunches and reverse crunches.
Then, Shrugs, reverse barbell rows, rear shrugs, high cable pulldowns and dumbbell rows.
Although it took me an hour and a half, all in all it was a good workout.
I will see what tomorrow will be like.

This was too much on my first day back.
It took me way too long.
So, I’m going to do just chest and abs on Day 1.
Back on Day 2. Arms on Day 3. and Legs on Day 4.
I will post the exercises later.
Today I did the Day 1 exercises and feel like I got the most out it.
