Workout Shake-up!!
Friday, July 13th, 2007I have been doing the same workout routine for two years. I know…although, I have been taking time off here and there. And, I have changed the arrangement of the exercises. I have not done anything more or less to vary the routines.
So, I have stopped my supplements and gym time for the month of July.
I must tell you that I am fidgety about not going but my body feels different without the supplements.
When I get back to the gym (new one — WOW or Work Out World), I am going to try without any supplements. Just to see if I can push what I was doing before. If I can, then I will continue until I can’t.
Anyone else ever do anything like this?
Let me know what happened.
