Getting back on track
Its been almost 4 months since my injury of broken collarbone, shoulder blade, and torn rotator cuff. No surgery, just weeks of sitting around in a sling. Dropped about 15 pounds. Im back up in the mid 190s and getting strength back. I finally got 120lb dumbells up for flat and incline press for 6 reps. But im taking it easy because there is still some pain in the shoulder and i dont need another injury. Progress pics soon
