On Oct 1994 I was faced with the most difficult decission i my life ! The doctors were giving me facts and stats that were going in one ear and out the othe, because all I could think of Was..”I just lost my first born”..my Baby was gone… You see my oldest daughter May she rest in Peace had struggled and battled “Lupus” for 4yrs…and with complications that comes with this disease..she developed a weak heart…so There I was faced with the decission..of How to move -on..( because a child should never leave this life before their Parent !) ,,My inner strenght came to me in the form of a whispered message in my ear from my Mom…and she said; “Baby…mourn..but don’t waddle…cry, but don’t lose site…You have 2 more babies that are confused and going to need your Strenght too…and from there I pick my dates/and nights to mourn and cry…but I had to be there for my other 2 kids..and being a single dad,…it has matured me in ways un-imaginable…and I thank GOD for giving me the strenght..to be there for them.because I’m Happy to say..My daughter is 25 and lives in MN. and my son (21).just graduated from Morehouse with Honors and lkivces in Atlanta….So being a dad is Special…”ONLY” if you have the strenght to step up and claim this prize !!!!

First I want to "Thank" all my friends here at the bb.com and for those who have requested my particular "Work-out" routine..Well here it is….and yes it has been modified from year to year..but the basics are still the same…. "Taking your Body to that Point" where it feels it’s going to die..then bring it back just a tad…lol
Mornings: 5 miles ( home gym treadmill)….run 2 miles with my dogs ( outside).. a quick 15 laps in the pool… (2.) sensable breakfast ( mainly protein) (3) 65 crunches ( while watching E.S.P.N. lol then it’s a quick shower and off to work…( this begins around 4:30am)
Afternoons: some type of sport..( softball, flag football..basketball..etc.) and on the days there is no games….then..(1) 10 mile run treadmill…(2) weights (depending on what area I’m focusing on that particular day)… (3) 20 laps in the pool(with ankle wieghts)…(4) 90 crunches ( with 75 to 80 Lbs weight or medicine ball)…75 pullups with 20 Lbs weights atached to the ankles..
(4) ..a sensable dinner…and evening finish it with 10 mile run on the treadmill and 120 push ups.(5) forward longes with 50 to 75 Lbs weights on your shoulders (6) SQUATS….Now if you are in a country / hotel that doesn’t have a pool…then you want to extend pull-ups and push-ups…
*And thats the basics of Carlos "ole" Seal Workout"…Now you know !!
