My relationship is falling through the cracks and I am losing track of my goals.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.  Being a busy mom to three kids, working 8 hr shifts plus 10 hrs of overtime each week and my live in boyfriend (dad to kid #3) is so unsupportive and a jerk.  We are finally ending our relationship but I don’t want to lose track of my goals.  I am just so tired. =-(

Is exercising twice a day maybe three days out of a week "over doing" it?  How much is too much exercise anyway?
