My relationship is falling through the cracks and I am losing track of my goals. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Being a busy mom to three kids, working 8 hr shifts plus 10 hrs of overtime each week and my live in boyfriend (dad to kid #3) is so unsupportive and a jerk. We are finally ending our relationship but I don’t want to lose track of my goals. I am just so tired. =-(

Sorry to hear about your troubles! Here’s a few ideas:
1) write down the goals and let your support network (family, co-workers, kids, etc.) know/see them. Ask for help.
2) Write out your "default" schedule for the week and look to see what is missing. Personal time, family time, exercise, work, food, sleep, etc. Sometimes doing a chart or something of your weekly time helps to refocus your efforts and relieve your stress a bit.
3) HANG IN THERE! There are people out there that want you to succeed. Don’t give up! You’re worth the effort

Sounds like you are having a rough go of things right now. I don’t really have any tips or advice to give but just wanted to let you know someone is here. Not to be mean, but it sounds like you need to kick your man to the curb. Maybe things would be better w/out him if he is not supporting you. Whats the point in having him around…having 3 kids is hard enough w/out dealing w/ a jerk of a man too.
Maybe try & take a girls only wkend, if at all possible.
Hope things get better for you soon.
