Yeah so I am currently deployed to the lovely country of IRAQ. I just cant seem to keep weight on right now. I was up in the 200’s and now have dropped to 189 and sometimes 186. My diet hasnt changed, could just be the heat. I have no way to go shopping and food is just what I get served. So I am really looking for shake additives. Maybe oats or something any idea is a helpful one. Thanks

Yeah so I started adding alot more chin ups and lat pulls into the mix. My main two areas i think I need to step it up in are my back and legs. I push them both but I am not seeing the results like I do every where else. I’ll admit it I have skinny "bird" legs and I am tired of it. If any one out there has some pointers for either let a fella know. Thanks

I’m getting tired racking everyone elses’s weights every time I go to the gym. It’s like people are too DUMB to put things where they belong. I dont want to spend half my workout looking for a 35 or 25 because it’s hidden behind a stack of 45s. It isn’t hard. It just shows how lazy people are becoming. I know this doesn’t just bother me either. There are alot of you out there who get fired up by this.

Hey so I had my bodyfat % tested the other day. Now I know this guy had to make a mistake cuz he said I was at 5.8. There is no way I’m that low. So I ordered the calipers and I’ll learn to do it myself. Dont get upset if you look at my percentage and think I’m lying trying to impress somebody. Those are all the numbers I have right now, wrong as they might be, that’s all I have to go off of.
