		<description><![CDATA[Ok so I am 5 weeks out from my first competition. My diet is becoming more strict and my cardio is increasing. I am tired. It has been a hard week, but I just keep reminding myself of why I am doing this.
Does any one have any tips/suggestions for staying motivated during this time?
