					<description>Keep working towards that competition, you can do it!!  When I feel tired and start to loose my motivation it helps me to journal my thoughts out.  I generally figure out what is causing me to feel that way and it helps me remember why I want it!

					<description>How badly do you want it?  My only tip to you would be to make every workout more of a challenge than the last and in order to do that,  you've got to keep your head in the game.  You've come too far to start faltering now.  I know that you're tired, but girl 5 weeks is too close to lose focus.  Just do what you need to do to get the job done ~ your reward will be in the accomplishment and knowing that you followed through even in the hardest times.  Good luck!</description>
