5 weeks out
Ok so I am 5 weeks out from my first competition. My diet is becoming more strict and my cardio is increasing. I am tired. It has been a hard week, but I just keep reminding myself of why I am doing this.
Does any one have any tips/suggestions for staying motivated during this time?

How badly do you want it? My only tip to you would be to make every workout more of a challenge than the last and in order to do that, you’ve got to keep your head in the game. You’ve come too far to start faltering now. I know that you’re tired, but girl 5 weeks is too close to lose focus. Just do what you need to do to get the job done ~ your reward will be in the accomplishment and knowing that you followed through even in the hardest times. Good luck!
