Lifting HEAVY….ERR
Thursday, May 21st, 2009I am back on track with my lifting. I am not lifting as much as i was before my injury but the numbers are climbing. I ended up hitting the deads tonight. 5×5 with 315 after two warm-up sets. Monday I did the same with squats. I am surprised my knee is doing this well. I truly believe that running has helped. I feel it stretch good when I run….Still, I do not like running! Sad isn’t it? On another note, I have noticed that I am starting to cut up a decent amount. The detail in my abs and arms is a good sign. I am still trying to keep the cardio at a minimum. I do not want to lose too much strength right now.
