Wheels

Finally got a good leg workout in! How do you know that you say?…..Well, on my last set, it took everything I had to keep from puking! Aww yeah! Gotta love squats! I went back to 5×5 today. I will do that all week and then switch to something else next week. I was a little nervous about legs today cause I had the craps all day! Yeah I know…TMI….But it’s my blog so I don’t care! LOL!! On another note, I managed 325 pound calf raises. 4×25! Talk about a burn! It’s like I always say…It’s only weight….lift it!

    Well atleast you went and did your workout regardless of your previous bathroom incidences. :) I did have an awesome leg workout, these supps that i’m using now really kicked in yesterday and they make you sweat like no other, so i tottally looked like i was tearing it up, more than i really was..lol but the sweat part is not to hot of a look, so i kept having to wipe myself down..lol I’m surprised the gym didn’t give me a freakin mop :)

    Heh, you and Court are sharin’ that feeling now! Its a little challenge each workout… Don’t push it too much, but try to keep down the good food and expensive supps!

    Mike, my dad is a copyright attorney. If that is an original phrase, then we need to get on the ball! Copyright it and we’re talking T-shirts, ball caps, beanies, calendars! Supplement money! yay!! LTM (for Dave) :)

    Grats on the workout! That’s awesome. I haven’t quite hit the "puke" level yet. My strength gains are incredible right now having just gotten back. On some exercises, I’m at my old best weights or more! Woohoo!
