Starting Monday Sept 3rd I am going to re-measure myself and begin DoggCrapp training. I plan on 4 weeks on, 2 weeks training of choice. After a month, i will post my results!
I found out last week that I have some tendonitis in my right arm. Biceps training is a killer! I plan on taking a week or two off from my biceps training to let my arm heal. After that, I was thinking maybe cable excersizes in a way that I would not have to grip the bar. This could get interesting!
