This is only my 4th blog or so but I feel I need to get this out. Failing at something you have worked your ass off to achieve has to be one of the most disappointing feelings ever. The only worse feeling is that one you get when a number of people put time and effort into helping you achieve that goal and you let them down as well. If you don’t get it yet, I am speaking from my experience today. That’s it. I’m out.

I am having trouble getting the results I want from my ab workouts. I can do sit ups and crunches all day but that is not giving me the bulk or the deffinition that I am looking for. If anyone knows of a good ab routine, if you could, please hook me up. I would greatly appreciate it. Oh and if you are in the military or are a supporter of the military check out my body group and join!!!

Finally back in the gym. Had a little off time and now im back hitting it hard so i can do my training. TCGuice and i have to get fit to do our (for lack of a better term) "special ops" training. Any advice anyone can give me for gaining muscle mass and cutting fat would be greatly appreciated. Oh and join my Body Group!!

This is my first ever blog. Just trying it out. Had a daughter two weeks ago and stopped working out to take care of the little one. Hopefully new workouts and progress pictures will be up soon.
