AMRAP in 25 minutes (as many rounds as possible)
200M Run
5 Pullups/15 Jumping Pullups
10 Hang Power Cleans(45/75) 45 for the ladies and 75 for the men.
15 KB SDLHP(35/53) 35 pound (pood) kettlebell for the ladies and 53 for the men. This is a deadlift/ high pull. Use two hands on one kettlebell.
As many rounds in 25 min. with as little rest as possible.

I CrossFit 5-6 days a week. Loved it so much I went and got Level 1 certified in July. 3-2-1 GO!
