May 23, 2007

Great news.  My goal was to completean overload of 120% 3 reps of bench press.  I have completed it at 84 lbs.  Pretty feeble.  Wait untill I will be able to overload at 450lb or 500 lbs in the future.

I went to see my urologist today.  His diagnosis result was that my hydrocele is very small, and I have no testicular or kidney problems.  Everything is normal and he has allowed me to get back on a weightlifting schedule.  Now I can begin powerlifting.  TOday I am going to begin following Dr.Squats 80 day cycle powerlifting program.  If you want to read it here is his article that he had written:

Now I am able to get back on track to gaining strength.  Time for me to consume large amounts of carbs from Mountain Dew to energize my muscles and brain to powerlift like a freak!!!

May 23rd, 2007-Low Carb/High Fat: Not The Way To Diet

May 23, 2007

I have quit the low carb and have begun a much better diet.  I have begun low fat/high fiber.  I am consuming 45-50 grams of fiber each day.

Vegitarians consume 45-50 grams each day.  People who consume 45-50 grams of fiber each day has a lower chance to have heart disease and stroke than the average joe plus the low fat/high fiber is much more healthier than just the ordinary low fat/high carb.

\ow fat/high carb is good because I went down to 150 on it but I am going to follow the vegans way and consume 45-50 grams of fiber.

A Person needs to consume 150 grams of carbs each day to have a normal brain function plus have adequate energy if a person needs to live on a daily basis.

A person who is intaking 45-50 grams of fiber each day should have high amounts of protein so my choice is grilled chicken and grilled fish.  Also drink tons of water like 8-10 glasses each day or more like a few canteens if you are in the US ARMY.  HOOAH!!

So dieters if you want a healthy heart and lose fat at the same time, I recommend low fat/high fiber.

I am doing well with my low carb diet.  This is my first day.  I have eaten 3 egg omlette with Sargento cheese with a chicken patty and that was for breakfast.  Entire meal was 3 carbs.  Then for dinner I had eaten a boneless pork chop with a steak and a slice of Sargento cheese.  That was a total of 3 carbs. SO far I had 6 carbs today.  I feel hungry so I am going to drink much water and diet soda.

I am a 224 lb fat guy, no muscle who has a hydrocele and can not work out for a few months. WHen I am working out, have a web cam and able to post pics, and atleast look like I have some muscle mass then I will come back and post blogs and posts and whatever.  Goodbye people and I hope you achieve all of your goals

Oh I had eaten some great food for dinner last night.  I had a chocolate brownie from Harris Teeter, Steak Egg and cheese bisquit, and a fish sandwich with sargento mild cheddar cheese and mayo.  It was delicious.  Lots of fat and carbs.  I am not working out right at this moment so I am going to pack on the carbs and fat.
