Tuesday, July 7th, 2009Today was a good workout day, At 11:30 I had a good ab workout, followed by a 4 mile run at around a 7:40 pace. Then tonight rode the bicycle over to the tennis courts, not a far ride, about 2 miles. Played tennis for 2 hours then biked home.
For tennis I fill my water bottle with water and mix in some creatine, seems to help keep me going as the sets grow long.
